Fire Safety Design Reports

Our fire design reports will ensure compliance with Acceptable Solutions covered by Section C of the NZ Building Code. This provides for means of escape from buildings and protection of other people's property.

Site Inspections

Sage Fire Design has the capability to inspect your building or development project and determine exactly what areas and aspects of your building need to be upgraded in order to achieve code of compliance.

We have the experience and knowledge to determine the fire safety requirements for your development project involving new and existing buildings, shop fit-outs, change of use of existing buildings.

What do we do?

We specialise in providing fire safety designs for architects, designers, construction companies and building owners to gain compliance for new and existing buildings. We use the current Acceptable Solutions guidelines in the Building code to ensure that your fire design fits within the New Zealand Building act requirements. By following these guidelines the ultimate goal is to:

  1. Reduce the risk of loss of life.
  2. Minimise the risk of damage to immediate and surrounding properties.
  3. Enable safe access for fire fighting personnel to carry out emergency operations.

We have years of experience which qualifies us to give you a design and service that will be more than satisfactory. We are a small company and as such we only take on a manageable number of jobs at a time so that our clients can receive only the best service possible.

Let's Meet Up

We are a friendly team here at Sage Fire Design and would love to meet up for a chat about your prospective job. We value that sometimes it's nice to put a face to a name and know who you are dealing with. We are all for meeting up and getting to know each other before engaging in any work.

We offer our service nationwide so if a face to face meet up is not at present possible, we can organise a Skype or Face-time session.

We look forward to meeting you.
