Fire Safety Reports.
We work with designers & building owners to produce competent fire designs & to ensure each party gets what they want & need. We pride ourselves in being open & easy to communicate with. Our fire reports ensure compliance with Acceptable Solutions covered by Section C of the NZ Building Code.
Site Inspections.
Sage Fire Design has the capability to provide a comprehensive inspection of your building or development project and determine exactly what areas and aspects of your building need to be upgraded or altered in order to achieve code of compliance.
Analysis.
We have the experience and knowledge to determine the fire safety requirements for your development project involving new and existing buildings, shop fit-outs, change of use for existing buildings.
Construction Monitoring.
As your build or renovation progresses we can come to site to monitor the fire protection aspect of construction and ensure that your project is being built to specification as detailed in your fire report.
Passive Fire.
We advise on how to achieve the appropriate fire stopping requirements to maintain adequate fire separations.
